Continental Cobbles was established in 1994 when Herman van Der Linden and Hans Luijk took the initiative in a paving market with continuously growing demands for paving products with an old world appearance.
Been Dutch, they had the background and knowledge to improve vastly on products already on the market. Continental Cobbles expanded at such a rapid pace that in a two year time period, production had basically increased ten fold. They then moved production to new premises that could cope with the demand for the now sought after Continental Cobbles product range.
Continuous growth of this range, together with very high quality standards has made Continental Cobbles a trendsetter in the paving and building industry. This has lead to extensive involvement in numerous upmarket profile developments in the Western Cape.
